16 Penn Apartments is an 80/20 HOPA Community. We are accepting residents under 55 as part of this program. With a HOPA community at least 80 percent of the occupied units must be occupied by at least one person 55 years of age or older per unit. 2019 will see the Colorado Classic presented by VF Corporation return to the roads of Colorado. This year, however, is for the women. The standalone pro women’s road race has received commitments from 16 teams, eight of which are UCI-registered teams, for the four-stage, UCI 2.1 category race which will run August 22-25 through challenging courses in Steamboat Springs, Avon, Golden and Denver.
